We understand the importance of your healthy smile needs. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality care so that you may attain optimal oral health. Inquire if Dr. Pagán is currently in network with your insurance. Payment is due at the time of service rendered. We accept different methods of payments including cash and credit cards. Please inquire with our team for the option of a third-party financial credit lender.

We may not be in network with all major insurance companies in every location and are therefor considered to be out of network provider. In an effort to provide the best service possible, our office will help optimize your out of network benefits. We gladly take the initiative of filing your insurance for you and provide you with any documentation needed for the insurance claim. You will then be reimbursed directly from your insurance company.

Procedure/Surgery appointments are scheduled to allow sufficient time and accommodate our patient's individual needs. Any dental procedure/surgery will need a down payment of 50% to hold the appointment if not performed on the initial day of exam. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice when changing these appointments.
